The Service may be ordered only by businesses and organisations. Users must be authorised to act on behalf of the Customer.

8. Administrators and Users
The Customer is responsible for its Administrators and Users, their permissions, and all use through the Customer's Account. An Administror may add, change, and remove Users. The Customer shall promptly revoke permissions no longer needed and apply the principle of least privilege.
9. Credentials and security
Credentials are personal and must not be shared. The Customer shall use available multi-factor authentication, protect its devices, and immediately report suspected unauthorised access to security@example.com. The Provider may require password changes, revoke sessions, and take proportionate protective measures.
10. Permitted use
The Customer may use the Service for the Customer's internal business operations, within agreed volumes and in accordance with the documentation. The right is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and applies during the Term. No ownership in the Service transfers to the Customer.
11. Prohibited use

- Do not attempt to circumvent security, access controls, capacity limits, or technical safeguards.

12. User Material
The Customer retains its rights in data, files, instructions, and other material submitted to the Service. The Customer is responsible for the material being lawful, accurate, and free from malicious code and for having all necessary rights, legal bases, and permissions. The Customer grants the Provider a limited right to process the material solely to provide, secure, and support the Service.
13. Outputs and generated material
Outputs may depend on the Customer's information, choices, and third-party sources. The Customer shall review accuracy, completeness, suitability, and legal usability before use. Templates, calculations, and automated outputs do not replace legal, financial, or other professional advice. The Provider does not warrant that an output is unique or free from third-party rights.
15. Intellectual property rights
The Provider and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, models, and improvements. The Customer receives no rights other than the express right of use. The Provider may use feedback without compensation, provided it does not disclose the Customer's confidential information or personal data.
16. Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with external services selected by the Customer or identified in the documentation. Such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Provider is not responsible for an independent third-party service but remains responsible for its subprocessors and subcontractors to the extent required by the Agreement and mandatory law.
17. Personal data
The Provider's processing as controller is described in the privacy policy: https://example.com/privacy-policy. Where the Provider processes personal data on the Customer's behalf, the parties shall enter into a data processing agreement before processing begins. The Customer is responsible for notices to data subjects, legal basis, instructions, and deletion within the Customer's control.

22. Price changes
The Provider may change prices prospectively on at least 60 days' clear notice. For fixed subscription periods, a change normally applies from the next renewal. A consumer may terminate before a material adverse change where required by mandatory law.
23. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation

The Customer may then terminate the affected Service before the change unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
27. Temporary restriction or suspension
The Provider may immediately restrict access where reasonably necessary to stop a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, harm to the Service or other users, or to comply with law. The measure shall be proportionate. The Customer will be informed of the reasons and how access may be restored to the extent possible and lawful.

29. Consequences of termination
When the Agreement ends, the Customer's right of use ends and accrued fees become payable. Provisions intended by their nature to survive, including confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, liability, and dispute provisions, continue to apply. The Provider may delete the Account and data after the export period in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.
30. Data export and deletion
The Customer may export User material and account data in PDF, CSV, or JSON format depending on data type.. 31. Defects, warranties, and remedies
The Provider shall provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and in material conformity with the documentation. The Customer shall report a defect without unreasonable delay and provide sufficient information for troubleshooting. The Provider may first remedy the defect or offer a reasonable alternative function. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
32. Customer review and professional advice
The Customer is responsible for its business decisions, configurations, instructions, and use of outputs. The Customer shall perform its own quality review, back up critical information, and engage a qualified adviser where a matter requires legal, tax, medical, financial, or other professional assessment.
33. Limitation of liability for business Customers
Neither party is liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of data that could have been avoided through reasonable backup. The Provider's aggregate liability is limited to 100 per cent of the fees paid by the Customer during the preceding twelve months; for a free Service, SEK 10,000 applies. The limitations do not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, intellectual-property infringement, breach of payment obligations, or where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
35. Third-party claims
The Customer shall indemnify the Provider against a third-party claim directly caused by unlawful User Material or the Customer's use in breach of the Agreement, provided that the Provider promptly notifies the Customer, allows the Customer to control the defence, and provides reasonable assistance. The Customer may not settle in a manner imposing liability or an admission on the Provider without written approval.
36. Force majeure
A party is not liable for delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided it notifies the other party and mitigates the effects. Payment obligations for Services already delivered remain. If the impediment lasts more than 90 days, either party may terminate the affected part of the Agreement.
37. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may amend the Terms for legal, security, technical, or business-model reasons. Material adverse changes are normally notified at least 30 days before taking effect. The Customer may terminate the affected Service before the change where provided by the Order or mandatory law. A new version does not apply retroactively.
38. Assignment
The Customer may not assign the Agreement without the Provider's written consent. The Provider may assign the Agreement within its group or in connection with a transfer of the business, provided the Customer's rights are not materially impaired. A consumer's statutory rights of objection remain unaffected.
39. Notices
Contract notices are sent to the contact details registered by the parties. The Customer shall keep them current. Termination and other legally significant notices shall be submitted through the agreed function or by email to support@example.com. Operational and product information may be provided in the Service.
40. Entire agreement and waiver
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on its subject matter and supersedes prior statements on that subject. A waiver applies only to the specific occasion and does not constitute a continuing waiver. Amendments to a specific Order shall be made in the manner stated in the Order.
41. Severability
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to achieve its lawful purpose. The remaining provisions continue in effect. For consumers, an unfair provision is replaced by applicable mandatory law.
42. Governing law and disputes
The Agreement is governed by substantive Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
A dispute shall be resolved by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
